What’s included in the package?

Our package includes everything you need for a 50 person wedding. We provide invitations, photographer, flowers + decor, food, drinks, staffing, wedding planner and venue access for 3 hours. You are responsible for your transportation to and from the venue, clothing and hair and makeup.

Do we meet with the planner beforehand?

We schedule two meeting with all our couples: 1) The first meeting takes place via video conference within (7) days of booking. Here we discuss next steps and the systems we use. 2) The second meeting is held at the venue (45) days before your wedding. At this point, we provide a cake tasting kit to make flavor selection, finalize ceremony order + timeline and to answer any final questions.

What does the day of timeline look like?

Each wedding will last (3) hours from start to finish. Generally the timeline looks something like this:

(15) minutes for guests to arrive and take their seats

(15) minute ceremony

(15) minutes post ceremony family photos

(1 hour 45 minute) mini reception (food, cake cutting, custom cocktails, first dance, etc.)

(30) minute Bride & Groom portrait session with photographer post exit

Do I share time with other couples?

No! The events are staggered throughout the day and intentionally planned so you don't run into anyone else's event.


Can I add additional time?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate adding time to an individual event as multiple weddings are scheduled and staggered throughout the day.

What is ownership’s view on marriage?

Pretty Little Weddings intends to operate with a purpose of promoting marriage as God intended, between one man and one woman. As Christians, this publicly professed union is a beautiful symbol of God’s love for us and his perfect design for marriage. Any man and woman, whether or not they share in our biblical beliefs, are welcome to join together as one and celebrate with Pretty Little Weddings!

Will there be a rehearsal prior to the wedding?

No, rehearsals are not offered. Your ceremony will be kept short and sweet!

How many bridesmaids and groomsmen can I have?

We can only accommodate three bridesmaids + three groomsmen, everyone else must be seated. Please note, each PLW package includes bouquets + boutonnieres for one bridesmaids + one groomsmen. Additional personal items may be added for an additional cost up to two additional.


Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Although we do not offer tastings, we can cater to specific dietary needs. Our standard menu items will always include offerings to satisfy vegetarian requests.

How many guests can I have?

Each event can accommodate up to 50 guests not including the bride and groom. All children over the age of 5 are considered a guest and are applied towards your total headcount.

Do I get to pick out my own cake?

The planner is responsible for all design and vendor selections but the client will get to choose their cake flavor. A display (faux) cake with be used for photos at your wedding with a sheet cake in your choice of flavor in the back to be served to guests.

How many invitations are included and who mails them out?

Each PLW package includes 25 invitations + details card designed by our planning team. You will provide names + guest addresses and our team will package + mail out your invitations. All clients receive an addressed keepsake suite that will be provided post wedding.
